IPS approved to receive, store and personalize all MasterCard® branded products

Centennial, CO (Sept. 1, 2010) — Integrated Printing Solutions (IPS), a premier provider and innovator of card personalization and fulfillment strategies for some of North America’s largest businesses, has been certified by MasterCard® to receive, store and personalize all of its branded products.

Businesses around the world are scrutinized each year by MasterCard, which considers a number of far-reaching criteria before issuing certification. Earlier this year, MasterCard acknowledged that IPS met those standards.

“We are thrilled that MasterCard has certified IPS --further testament to our company’s capabilities. This also marks the second in a series of tremendously important certifications. First, there was Visa, now MasterCard and soon American Express,” said Scott Bennett, Chief Technology Officer at IPS.

“These approvals allow us to cover the majority of open loop markets and further penetrate the secure card market” added Bill Konves, Vice President of Sales and Market at IPS. “Considering the company decided to enter into the secure card market in December 2009, we already are realizing incredible success.”

While these certifications have gone a long way in improving company capabilities, Bennett and Konves also credited the IPS staff for its ongoing efforts to make IPS a more competitive organization.

After many years in the print industry, Sev Spagnolie founded IPS in 1997. After several successful years as a print broker and recognizing the need to stay competitive and ahead of the market, he introduced in-house manufacturing to IPS and a new company direction – the move to plastic card production and personalization. Today, IPS is one of the fastest growing, independently owned companies in the card personalization and fulfillment industry.
